01Are you part of Royal Mail?
No. Delphi Commerce is an independent UK business. We file claims through Royal Mail's standard business claims process on your behalf.
02What do you need from me?
Your Click & Drop Manifested Orders export, and the cost price of the products, so claims are valued correctly. No passwords, and no access to your accounts.
03How long does it take to get paid?
Royal Mail usually responds within 30 days of receiving a claim. We invoice only after the compensation reaches you.
04Which services can be claimed?
1st and 2nd Class posted on account, Signed For 1st and 2nd Class, and Tracked 24 and 48. Each has its own deadline. Tracked allows only 30 days, which is the one most often missed.
05Why cost price and not what I sold it for?
Royal Mail pays what the item cost you to buy or make, not its sale price. We value every claim that way so it is not rejected.
